CONNECTING SOULS LTD
AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made between:
Connecting Souls Ltd
(the “Company”)
And

(the “Ambassador”)
- PURPOSE
The Connecting Souls Host Referral Programme (“Programme”) has been established to reward individuals who successfully introduce new Hosts to Connecting Souls.
- ELIGIBILTY
The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
Participation is subject to acceptance by Connecting Souls.
- QUALIFYING REFERRAL
A Qualifying Referral occurs when:
- A new Host is introduced to Connecting Souls by the Referrer.
- The Host has not previously been registered with, contacted by, or referred to Connecting Souls.
- The Host successfully completes registration and payment for a Host membership.
- The referral is properly attributed to the Referrer using an approved referral method.
- REFERRAL PAYMENTS
For each Qualifying Referral:
- Where the Host subscribes on a monthly payment plan, the Referrer shall receive £5.00 per month.
- Where the Host subscribes on an annual payment plan, the Referrer shall receive £50.00 per year.
- DURATION OF PAYMENTS
Referral payments shall continue only while:
- The referred Host remains an active paying Host of Connecting Souls.
- The Referrer remains eligible under this Programme.
- Referral payments shall cease immediately if the Host cancels, suspends, defaults on payment, or otherwise ceases to be an active Host.
- PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Referral earnings shall be calculated monthly and paid by bank transfer or another payment method approved by Connecting Souls.
Connecting Souls reserves the right to establish a minimum payment threshold before funds are released.
- NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP
Participation in the Programme does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Connecting Souls and the Referrer.
The Referrer acts solely as an independent participant.
- PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Referrers must not:
- Make false or misleading statements regarding Connecting Souls.
- Engage in spam, harassment, or unlawful marketing practices.
- Refer themselves under another name or account.
- Attempt to manipulate or abuse the Programme.
- Any breach may result in immediate termination from the Programme and forfeiture of unpaid referral earnings.
- PROGRAMME CHANGES
Connecting Souls reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time upon reasonable notice.
Any changes shall not affect referral payments already earned prior to the effective date of such changes unless required by law.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Connecting Souls shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of income arising from participation in the Programme.
- GOVERNING LAW
This Programme shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
By participating in the Programme, the Referrer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
